Assembled a geoscience, reservoir engineering and legal team that presented a 2003 Mineral Interest
Pooling Case before the TXRC earning the company and its client a 36% interest in N. Manvel Field, a
new Vicksburg gas field using 3-D bright spot, AVO data.

Seminar presentations to Sinopec Executives on A&D, property evaluations and leasehold contracts.

SW Bonus Field - 150 BCFE Discovery - Wilcox Formation - Wharton Co., Texas - Obtained seismic
data and applied sequence stratigraphy model to develop an interpretation of a poorly defined
anomaly. The discovery of multiple, prolific reservoirs established a new tight gas trend. Directed the
daily efforts of 10 field landmen to acquire 5,000 leasehold acres in a highly competitive environment.
Maintained a three-rig, 100% W.I., development program. SW Bonus Field has 50 wells and produced
200 MMCFPD.

Eagle Bay Field - Development Discoveries - Frio & Vicksburg Formations - Galveston Bay, Texas.
Directed all JV operations, partnership relations, leasehold estate and pipeline acquisitions. Oversaw
geophysical analyses that identified undrilled stratigraphic traps. Drilled three extension tests
increasing critical reserves by 50% and cash-flow by $8 MM per month.
