All steel welded construction. 2 Nos Main longitudinal members are high
strength lighter weight Parallel flange Beam of ST 52 (or) Equivalent
grade steel running along full length of the trailer. Cross members - Rolled
or Folded of material IS-2062/ST-52 are positioned at suitable locations.
3.15 MS chequered sheet platform. Optional 12 nos of twist lock shall be
provided to suit 1- 40 feet container,2 20 feet container, 1-20 feet
container at middle.

canopy arrangement Tubular structure with Rollers for ease of sliding, shall
be provided above sidewall. Structure shall be covered by Tarpaulin for
weather resistance. Rear tarpaulin shall be provided with roll up arrangement.

Breaking Test: After coupling with the prime mover, Trailers goes
through brake testing to ensure proper air pressure is maintained in the
tanks.
Electrical Test: Before the dispatch of any trailer, The side marker
lamps, Reverse light, Rear stop Indication light, right/left indication
lights are working properly
Painting Test: Using the latest technology, The DFT (Dry Film Thickness)
Monitor, the quality of the paint job is checked.
Dimensional Thickness: Overall Length, Width, are ensured to be
according the approved GA Drawings.
Load Test : Load testing is done to ensure the trailer load
capacity is according to the specification required by the customer.
Aggregates Testing : It involves proper functioning of Axle,
Suspension, Landing Leg etc are fixed/mounted/welded as per the
manufacturer instruction.
