Eligible candidates for the incubator

Organizations or teams (with at least 2 members) with business ideas or projects - preferable in prototype
phase - related to solving a social problem through entrepreneurship via a for-profit, non-profit or hybrid
business.
For example, the teams would focus on solutions that build opportunities for self-employment or providing cost
effective solutions to current (or new) social services. Ideas would preferably include products or services that improve
the quality of life of individuals and communities.
Teams can be entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, small or medium businesses, or other determined and
corageous individuals focused on improving or solving pressing problems in their surrounding and with a
clear intention to go from product or service prototype to sales.

Application process
Candidates should submit their information through the online application form by the defined deadline. The
application form contains 20 questions related to their business project status, business information, business
model and teams data. A 1-2 min video explaining the teams motivation is also required as part of the
application.
After the application deadline, a review of the candidates will last between 3 to 5 days and the announcement
of the selected teams will take place on 29.02.16.
Selected teams will be invited to the Warm up pitching and kick off event on 07.03.16

Criteria for selecting participants for the incubator

a) Fully submitting all the information required in the online application form, video included
b) Organizations or teams with at least 2 members
c) Defined business ideas or projects - preferable in prototype phase
d) Projects related to solving a relevant social problem through entrepreneurship via a for-profit, non-profit
or hybrid business.
e) Solutions that preferably include products or services that improve the quality of life of individuals and
communities.
f) Teams able to speak and write in English
