Conclusions
1. The Safety Case is not a silver bullet cure for all ills. It
does offer, however, the best means available for
effective management of major hazard risks and
process safety.
2. Effective development and implementation of the
Safety Case process requires significant effort by any
organisation. This effort is well worthwhile as it can
