Ruslan was born on January 13, 1975. He received his early education at MRSM Pasir
Tumboh and Kuala Terengganu. Then, he went to UiTM Segamat to continue his studies
at tertiary level and awarded Diploma in Accounting. He then continued his education
in UiTM Jengka and received Diploma in Computer Science. Finally, he obtained
National Higher Diploma in quantity surveying from College University of TWINTECH in
Kuala Lumpur.
He has been in several fields of professions for more than eight years especially in

He began his career as a manager at Johnson & Johnson. In May 2000, he started his

ANGKATAN TENTERA) System, Malaysian Armed Forces Cataloguing Authority (MAFCA),
E-MALL, Learning Management System (E-LMS) and MIDS for Department Civil Aviation
(DCA). During this period, I achieved certification as a Certified Data Center Professional
(CDCP) and Project Management Professional.
