Research Methodology
This study seeks to compare and contrast the organizational perspectives on work-life balance
and initiatives of companies. The data for this study will be collected from primary sources
that are the employees of various organizations.
Sample size: The sample size will be 200.
Primary Data: A structured, self-administered questionnaire was used as the tool of data
collection from the respondents.
Secondary Data: Apart from the primary data, the data collected from the internet websites
and text books is also used for the study.
Sampling Design: Sampling Design used in this project is Descriptive.
Descriptive research is a study designed to depict the participants in an accurate way. More
simply put, descriptive research is all about describing people who take part in the study.
Sampling Type: The research was made in accordance to the convenience of the employees
so the sampling method used is Convenience Sampling.
Limitations
time
Lack of data validity for secondary data, as the data is obtained from other sources
As questionnaire has limited questions there may be some factors which may get
missed out
