Nature Home (China) Co., Ltd(known as China Flooring Holding Company Limited in HKEx Main Board:
02083) is the largest Chinese wood flooring company headquartered in Foshan city, China, Apart from the
bases in China, it is operating internationally via numerous oversea subsidiaries sawmill in Gabon, finishes
lines in Peru, marketing functional companies in both the United States and France. Nature products get
involved in solid flooring, engineered flooring, laminate flooring and eco flooring and it ranks the 1st in solid
flooring in China by sales revenue. It was awarded one of the 500 Most Valuable Brands in Asia for having a
brand value at 1.6 million US dollars, and was also honored with the Chinese Brand of the Year and Ranking
No.1 in the Wood Flooring Category Award by the World Brand Laboratory.

Founded in 1994, the predecessor of the company initially was the flooring products supplier to construction
contractors and previously known as nature flooring in China until it started to use a bright brand name
Nature in 1998. Nowadays, Nature products are pandemic in mainland China by serving its customers via
over 2,000 exclusive shops across the nation. Since it was born, Nature has influenced the industry by moving
to the major role rapidly and someway stipulates the industry norm as a co-editor of the National Standard of
Solid Hardwood Flooring in 2000.
In 2001, the 8th year of the birth of Nature, it reached a milestone after the entrepreneurial stage by launching
the South America base in Lima, Peru. Since then, Nature has been going internationally and has become
multinational formally. The business life of Nature moved to a new stage.
In 2002, the E-commerce sales was established, it is also a symbol of the everlasting seeking for up-to-date of
Nature.

In 2004, Nature was awarded a recognition for the top brand in China by the General Administration of Quality
Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC. Nowadays, Nature has already become both the 500
Most Valuable Brands in China and the 500 Most Valuable Brands for having a brand value at 1.6 billion US
dollars.
In 2005, the flooring facility in Peru was established. A national standard R&D laboratory was built and was
entitled

to

the CNAS certification.


In 2007, the great success of Nature in the industry attracted more and more attentions from all over the
world, the amazing amount of 100 million USD was invested by IFC and Morgan Stanley.
In 2008, Nature founded Nature Flooring Industries Inc., the US operation of the growing enterprise.

In 2009, Nature started acquiring strategic upstream forest assets in Peru. Through sophisticated forestation
technology, Nature quickly owned approx. 46,347 hectares of Amazonian forest and transformed wood
species into beautiful exotic hardwood flooring such as Cumaru, Ipe, Jatoba, Santos Mahogany, Tigerwood and
others in a modern flooring manufacturing plant.
In 2010, Nature was honored with the Chinese Brand of the Year and Ranking No.1 in the Wood Flooring
Category Award by the World Brand Laboratory, which is a breathtaking moment for Nature.
In 2011, the company went public at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx Main Board: 02083). After this
unique accomplishment as a company, Nature became the leader of the Global Green Home Market.
In 2012, entrepreneurial spirit, restlessly striving for constant growth, wisely allocating resources and managing
