About this document

This document describes how to handle a new firmware update of the modem SINAUT MD720-3.

Requirements
PC with a serial (RS232) interface and Windows XP
Serial modem cable (No cross cabel!)
Paper clip
Firmware files
para.ini
*.bin
!cmdfile
The firewall has to be deactivated temporarily.

Configure the standard 19200 modem connection

Than remove the paper clip again

Double click to the previously configured network connection e.g.
MD720-3
