1. Why do we need strategy, either for our job or business or even for our
own daily lives?
Answer :
We need the strategy to achieve our goals easier by formulating strategy
we can get :
- As a Guidance
- systematic steps to keep all the organization member on track
- management assistance
- improve innovation, optimize the opportunity, mitigate the risk
- compliance
- explanation the supporting and problem
2. who is involved in the planning or establishing strategy?

From the management structure start from the upper management or top
management they decide the strategic for the firm such as objective of
the firm to be achieved, move to the middle management they intrepets
plans and sets actions and for the lower level management or fron liner
management they implements the plans. We can see from the duties
described, whole team involved start from the planning the strategy until
its implementation.
3. When and where strategy is needed?
The strategy is needed when the management :
