ORDER:The Managing Director, APMSIDC in the letter read above has intimated that
the earlier proposals submitted for taking up 28 works under RIDF XIX at an
estimated cost of Rs.106.39 crores include the work relating to upgradation of
Community Health Centre at Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore District. The works proposed
under RIDF-XIX are now planned to be under taken under RIDF-XX (Phase-II). The
Finance Department in its letter, dated:02-02-2015 has also forwarded the list of
28 works to NABARD for provisioning of necessary funds.

Further, the Managing Director, APMSIDC has requested for issue of an
Administrative sanction for upgradation of 30 bedded CHC into 50 bedded Hospital
at Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore District with an estimated cost of Rs.633.00 Lakhs
(Rs.556.00 lakhs for Civil works + Rs.37.00 lakhs for Renovation works + Rs.
40.00 lakhs for equipment).

Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord
administrative sanction for upgradation of 30 bedded CHC into 50 bedded Hospital
at Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore District under RIDF-XX (phase-II) at an estimated cost
of Rs.633.00 Lakhs (Rs.556.00 lakhs for Civil works +
Rs.37.00 lakhs for
Renovation works + Rs. 40.00 lakhs for equipment).

The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare Hyderabad and the
Managing Director, APMSIDC shall take necessary measures to start immediately
the process of upgradation of 30 bedded Community Health Centre into 50 bedded
Hospital at Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore District at an estimated cost of Rs.633.00 Lakhs
(Rs.556.00 lakhs for Civil works + Rs.37.00 lakhs for Renovation works + Rs.
40.00 lakhs for equipment) and on completion, transfer the upgraded hospital to
A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad. The DPH & FW and the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya
Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall coordinate mutually discuss and decide to
prepare plans for the civil works and essential equipment required for the
Community Health Centre in consultation with the Managing Director of Andhra
Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC)
and ensure its implementation. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad is
also requested to furnish the additional staff particulars in due course, if any
required.
