PANDUAN UNTUK SKOR CEMERLANG DALAM PAPER 2 BI

PANDUAN UNTUK DAPAT A DALAM KERTAS 2 BAHASA INGGERIS


SECTION A
Gunakan ayat kompleks : contoh menerangkan 2 aktiviti dalam satu ayat.
Contoh : The man who wears a hat is holding a glass of milk while looking at his children.
Gunakan verb yang sesuai untuk setiap ayat untuk menerangkan apa yang ada di dalam gambar sahaja.
Gunakan kata sifat yang sesuai unuk manusia, haiwan atau benda yang ada di dalam gambar.Contoh ;
The cute baby is sleeping soundly in a beautiful cot.

Gunakan adverb yang sesuai. Contoh : The boy is arranging the books neatly.
Pastikan anda bina ayat kesemuanya dalam tense yang sama. Contoh dalam masa Present Continous Tense. She is sweeping the
floor.
Elakkan membuat ayat umum. Contoh : There are five pupils at the playground.
Elakkan menerangkan sesuatu objek mengenai warna kerana gambar adalah hitam putih.
Elakkan menulis pelbagai jenis subjek. Contoh : a) Ali is wiping the blackboard.
b) She is sweeping the floor.
c) I am arranging the desks.
9. Elakkan memberitahu subjek yang sama melakukan dua perbuatan dalam dua ayat.
10. Pastikan tiada kesilapan grammar dalam setiap ayat dan jangan melebihi atau kurang dari 5 ayat.

SECTION B
Bahagian (a)
1. Pastikan jawapan ditulis dalam petak yang betul.
2. Berhati-hati dengan huruf s yang sering ditinggalkan oleh calon.
3. Elakkan menulis perkataan dengan bersambung di bawah.
4. Pastikan jawapan ditulis dengan lengkap.
5. Berhati-hati untuk maklumat yang tertera di dalam gambar kerana seringkali calon abaikan.
6. Pastikan harga ditulis denga symbol dan unit yang betul. Contoh RM25.90
Bahagian B
1. Baca arahan soalan untuk ketahui kepada siapa kita pilih.
2. Ayat selepas because ( mestilah nyatakan pendapat anda sendiri)
3. Jangan tulis balik perkataan yang ada dalam petikan tetapi anda perlu membuat ulasan.
Contoh dalam petikan : RM 20.95anda perlu tulis : The price is reasonable.
4. Pastikan jika anda pilih untuk orang lain, nyatakan ulasan anda berkenaan untuk orang yang dipilih.
5. Elakkan guna moreover, besides, furthermore.kerana boleh mengelirukan maksud.
6. Pastikan ulasan anda melebihi 3 isi untuk dapat markah penuh.
7. Gunakan ayat dalam masa Present Tense dan Future tense.
8. Pastikan anda mengulas semua isi yang ada dalam petikan gambar yang dipilih.
9. Elakkan mula ayat dengan tajuk kecil dalam jadual bahagian (a)
10. Elakkan guna similes dalam bahagian ini.

SECTION C
Baca arahan soalan untuk ketahui nama watak jika diberikan.
Guna nama watak yang ada dalam keywords jika diberikan.
Nama yang diberi perlu digantikan dengan pronoun(he/she/we/they) / personal pronouns (him/her/us/them)
Possessive adjectives (his/hers/their/our)
Jika ada keywords yang tidak difahami boleh diganti dengan perkataan lain asalkan tidak mengubah maksud cerita.
Gunakan Tenses yang betul . Kelazimannya dalam masa Past Tense / Past Continous / Past perfect. Present Tense diguna dalam
pengenalan atau untuk menerangkan sesuatu yang tetap.
Tulis cerita anda mengikut susunan gambar.
Tulis ayat yang mempunyai unsur yang menarik. Contoh ; The sun was shining brightly. It was a perfect day to go outing.
Gunakan penghubung cerita sepertiafter that, later, after a while, then, all of sudden, without hesitation, out of blue, finally.
Terapkan dalam ayat similes yang sesuai untuk kejadian atau situasi. 2 atau 3 similes sudah memadai.
Contoh : He was as scared as a mouse when he saw the stranger.
Pengenalan tiada markah. Oleh itu, tulis dua atau tiga ayat yang ada kaitan dengan cerita yang hendak ditulis.
Karangan yang sistematik mempunyai perenggan kerana ia menunjukkan karangan itu ditulis mengikut gambar yang diberi dan
mempunyai idea yang harmoni.
Untuk ketahui tenses apa yang perlu diguna, perhatikan verbs yang ada dalam keywords.
Jika dalam keywords ada verb dalam present tense, maka anda perlu guna to sebelumnya.
Jika anda hendak guna had dalam ayat pastikan tulis masa. Contoh : The lady had lived in the village ten years ago.
Gunakan verb to be yang betul dalam Past Tense. Contoh penggunaan was/were sebelum verb.
was eating/ were eating (sedang makan) / was eaten/ were eaten (dimakan).
Bukan semua verb yang berakhir dengan ing membawa maksud sedang melakukan. Ada setengahnya membawa maksud sebagai kata
nama. Contoh : Jogging is a good exercise.
Akhiri cerita anda dengan nilai moral. Contoh :
a) After the incident, Azam believes that honesty is the bset policy.
b) In conclusion, it is learnt that Azam is a brave and kind hearted boy.
18. Langkah terakhir, semak semula karangan anda untuk memastikan tiada kesilapan tatabahasa atau
kesilapan ejaan
dan tanda bacaan.
19. Gunakan masa dengan betul. Jangan awal sangat atau melebihi dari tempoh masa yang diberikan.
