Ofc Miller (2L20) reports a 211 PC of a business from the 2400blk of Fruitvale Av at 1717hrs. No medical.
One suspect armed with a firearm not in custody fled on foot with the loss. Sgt/Watch Commander notified;

Civilian vehicle collided with an OPD motorcycle on the freeway. No injuries. OPD motorcycle remained in
