INTERPRETATION

DATA ANALYSIS AND SURVEY


A survey on whether the employees are satisfied with
the services provided by Genting Lanco Power Plant or not, is
conducted to understand the opinion and suggestions to get
enough feedback.
The survey was conducted among 100 employees
residing in Vijayawada who belong to different professions,
and different levels. The data has been collected through a
questionnaire.

OBSERVATION
In the organization 70% of the employees agree that
training is given to new employees but remaining 30% of the
employees do not know that training is given to new

In this organization 70% of the employees agree to take the
