TEST MODE

Test Mode
1.

Activation Method
The Test Mode is activated when the <STOP> key and <X> key are pressed simultaneously for one
second with the power turned on.

2.

Operation Method
When the Test Mode is activated, the machine displays the ROM version for two seconds, followed by
No. 0.
Ex.: ROM Version: Ver. 1.00

When a test No. is entered via the ten-key pad, the test-mode item name is shown on the display.
Pressing the <START> key initiates the test operation.
Ex.: Test Mode No. 10: On standby

Deactivation Method
The test mode can be deactivated by pressing the <ALL RESET> key for one second while no test
operation is under way.

1. Testing Sensor and Switch

The states of the sensors and switches are indicated by a buzzer sound.
Detection state: The buzzer sounds at intervals of 0.1 sec.
Non-detection state: The buzzer sounds at intervals of 0.5 sec.

3. Sequential Operation Test

Pressing the <START> key initiates a unit motion. This test basically checks for the same errors as
in ordinary machine operation. The motion will last until a key input is made.

If an error occurs, the buzzer will sound continuously. The error can be cleared by pressing the <ALL
RESET> key.
