position assists in the day-to-day operation of the Agri Services Center, including sales, ordering, and customer service.
The Operations Manager must have the ability to understand
the complete working operations of the business, to assist and
take charge. The successful candidate should have a B. S. Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience, excellent written
and oral communication skills, supervisory skills, and must
be computer literate. A Class A CDL is preferred, must have
sales ability, and prefer an agricultural background. Ability to
work weekends and overtime during busy season is required.
