A RESOLUTION

1- 1 Relating to and affecting America's governments,


1- 2 organizations, and families; and for other
purposes.

1- 3 WHEREAS, the General Assembly of Georgia, one of


the 13
1- 4 original framers of the United States Constitution,
resolved
1- 5 that a constitutional plan to defeat civic
illiteracy be
1- 6 developed, promoted, and implemented in Georgia,
the nation,
1- 7 and the world; and

1- 8 WHEREAS, civic illiteracy, is the inability to


acquire
1- 9 knowledge necessary to share our republican form of
1-10 government; the blind, insidiously evil ignorant
condition
1-11 that relegates citizens to divisible positions
without
1-12 representation; the inability to communicate,
cooperate, and
1-13 coordinate; and the source of all community
problems; and

1-14 WHEREAS, the Coweta County community in Georgia


developed
1-15 the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To Defeat Civic
1-16 Illiteracy for 3,106 county communities in this
country; and

1-17 WHEREAS, the Forsyth County community in Georgia


codeveloped
1-18 the implementation plan for all governments to be
known as
1-19 "Republic Ships," for all organizations to be known
as
1-20 "Magnificent Seven Systems," and for all families
to be
1-21 known as "Civic Reasoning Families" and demonstrate
lifetime
1-22 mastery of "Republic Trustees Three Standards"; and

1-23 WHEREAS, with the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To


Defeat
1-24 Civic Illiteracy, the Civic Reasoning Invitation
Team, led
1-25 by law enforcement, organizations that teach
citizenship,
1-26 elected officials, and families in every state,
plants seeds
1-27 of civic literacy, the foundation for law and
order; and

1-28 WHEREAS, the seven patriotic organizations of


government,
1-29 education, business, religion, law enforcement,
service, and
1-30 media encourage member families in every state to
discover
1-31 our Republic, learn how to share it, and be able to
keep it
1-32 with the ALL-AMERICAN CITIZEN TEAM PLAN To Defeat
Civic
1-33 Illiteracy.

1-34 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that


Georgia's
1-35 159 county communities should be encouraged to be
known as
1-36 "Republic Ships," that all organizations should be

Senate is
2- 7 authorized and directed to transmit appropriate
copies of
2- 8 this resolution to certain named patriotic
organizations for
2- 9 family members to be presented to America's
governments,
2-10 organizations, and families.
