In the challenging and constantly changing competitive environment, companies have to react
flexibly to changing conditions. In particular, for management positions, they need to hire
people who bring the greatest benefit to the company and can manage the company most
effectively. Business performance is differently evaluated by each stakeholder: the owner
expectsreturn on the investment, employees expect a better quality of working life, the
customers want to satisfy their demands for a product at a reasonable price, suppliers and
financial institutions want the company to pay its obligations, etc. Managers, therefore, need to
know how to effectively manage; they must select the appropriate style of leadership, but
particularly make sure the enterprise.
