When I used to workout 2 hours a day I would be more
responsible towards my health diet, I would eat very nutritious
food, I would eat raisins, pecans, almonds, cranberries, and I
would even include fish. I remember that I would get threw my
week more satisfying than usual. Now that I work out one hour I
would give up one hour of work for one hour of exercise.
