Robot cell store

Roboterzelle mit integriertem, an der Decke hngenden, KUKA 6-Achs Industrieroboter. Der Roboter entnimmt die hochkant stehende Welle aus dem
Magazin 600 mm und bergibt diese an das in der
Maschine integrierte standard 2-Achsportal. In der
Zelle sind SPC Schublade fr manuelle Teilekontrolle
und NIO Teileausschleusung integriert.

removes the vertical shaft from the magazine and
transfers it to the twin axis portal gantry integrated

SPC rack for manual parts inspection and a reject
parts station.

Cest un trs bon magasin pour toutes les usines de
taille moyenne dsirant faire travailler leurs machines
durant la nuit. Le grand avantage de ce magasin est
sa flexibilit dadaptation au regard des diffrentes
gammes et formes de pices. Le rglage et le positionnement pour de nouvelles pices se fait trs rapidement. La position verticale permet un gain au sol
non ngligeable.

The flexible pallet store system is an ideal solution for

small and medium size components. It is the perfect
store for medium size manufacturers who would like
to have a lights out shift during the night on their
machine tools. The main advantage of this store is
the flexibility regarding the shape of different parts
which may be required. New parts can be set up
within a very short period of time. The required
space is very little compared to other solutions, since
the pallets are in a vertical arrangement.
