PROJECT PARTNERSHIP
The project partnership comprises all schools participating in the project. The partnership can be bilateral or
trilateral (3 countries). One of the involved partner schools acts as project co-ordinator and is the applicant
for the call for proposals.
2. Project description:
2a. Please prepare a brief and clear description of your project idea including the chosen specific focus (!)
within the overall theme of the call. Also indicate how it is related to the pupils living context and interests.
2b. Specify clear and concrete project aims: What are the aims of the project?
2c. Indicate expected achievements: What kinds of results or outcomes do you want to achieve?
(max. 1 page all in all; specification of activities and implementation issues only in the next section)
The answers to the following questions should give an overview on how the partners intend to organise and
implement the project. You will have to give short, concise replies (also catchwords), keeping in mind the
organisational and practical feasibility of the activities for all the partners.
All project activities have to be carried out between September 2010 and March 2011.
3a. How do you want to realise and implement your project idea?
(Applied methods and work settings...; what creative, innovative ways of implementation, etc.)
On-line collaborative work on project blog, peer alternative behaviors learning
through art (music, dance, acting, movies, a.s.o.), debates on topics like
“Violence a weakness people opium”, “Music a possible solution”, “Don’t destroy
me!!!” and other students proposed topics, Questionnaires, Focus – group, work – shops.
3b. Activity Plan
Think about which different activities will be carried out during the whole project (work on …, transnational
mobility etc.) and point out the involvement of partners, respectively where activities will take place.

The programme encourages partners to aim at equal opportunities for participation in the project for all.
5. Indicate which school subjects your project is related to in individual partner schools:
The project aims at the development of competences for a group of professionals (trainers, mentors and
teachers) of different specializations within Colegiul National Economic Theodor Costescu, which can permit
them mentoring activities for the young (pupils from 10h to 12 grades, students) in order to implement their own
ideas and to train themselves as peaceful European citizens.

Furthermore we would like to reinforce the feeling of togetherness between our students and the partner
countries’ students as we are all European citizens.
In the mean time we would like to increase the volume of mobility throughout Europe of people from our
school.
6. Does your project foresee any extracurricular activities? If yes, which ones? (Name potential partners
of these activities at question no.10)
Our school intends to increase the European dimension of the educational services and to valorize local
specifics, traditions, art and culture. We would like to develop a future project on Youth Action program for
deepening the friendship relations between schools involved into this project.
7. How does the project ensure the active involvement of the students in the planning and
implementation of the project?
Starting with the first activity in September 2010 our students will assume roles and they will establish
the Gantt graphic of the Project activities. The monitor will collect proofs for the project and he will offer
periodically feed-back to the students group. The timer will follow the Gantt and he will alert on the eventual
delay. And so on – it’s their project and I’m sure they will be serious in their involvement in order to respect the
work plan and timetable.
The students will give and receive feed-back on their work and improve their own project before insert it
on the project blog.
8. Which (common) working language or languages will be used to communicate with the partners?

9. How do you intend to evaluate the progress of the project and final results?
Each partner school’s project manager will survey the schedule and we will establish external monitors
for the project. They will follow their tasks and each month we will have a short project management meeting
on the progress of the project, work plan and timetable subject. The project report will content the monitors’
reports.
In Romania we will have a monitory team formed by our principal – Ms. Kemenski Florica, ARCS
representative – Mr. Radu Oprita, two teacher-monitors – Ms. Lapadat Marinela, Mr. Popescu Lepadat Marian
and a student- monitor – established in September at the first student meeting.
In Moldova we will have a monitory team formed by our principal – Filip Galina and ……… and student –
monitor established at the first student meeting.
The final results will be evaluated into the final project report in march 2011 through project blog, the
questionnaires addressed to all students and teachers involved into the project, in the mean time we will have a
focus group discussion with another 30 persons – a control group composed by representatives from each
school and collaborative partners.
All the results will be included in the final project report.
10. Is the involvement of additional groups/institutions (parents, school community, local communities
and organisations, companies, non-governmental organisations, media etc.) foreseen (for project
participation or dissemination processes)? If yes, give the name and type of the organisations!
The project request various information and, for this reason, the management team of the project will
involve the Town Hall, Local Public Administration and different other institution in order to collaborate in our
project.
For monitoring, dissemination and continuity of the project Romanian team have the support of :
- Nongovernmental Organization “Floarea de Colt” – the students society from Economic High School,
- Romanian Support Consultancy Association from Tr. Severin
- Youth County Direction and the local media.

11. Do you plan to increase the project budget (award money) using additional sources, e.g. private or
public sponsoring?
If yes, indicate potential sponsors:
In Romania we will apply, in July, for a grant, we will try to obtain financial founds from Youth County
Direction. We are sure that the Local Council and the Parents Committee will support us.

We hope that this project will help us to understand us better, to learn new languages to accept all European
customs.
