5.2 Weakness:
1. Their banking system is not fully automation system.
2. Their security (Security Camera) system has to improve.
3. There MIS is not so strong.
4. The absence of certain strengths may be viewed as a weakness.

5.3 Opportunities
1. The external environmental analysis may reveal certain new opportunities for
profit and growth.

2. They have a great opportunity of leading banking institution and to play a pivotal role in
the development of the country though they have 227 branches

5.4 Threats
1. Compete with the huge number of competitors in the market.
2. Changes in the external environmental also may present threats to the
firm.
3. Going with new strategy would be risky.
