We thank you very much for the encouraging response we received for the newly introduced plans viz
Free Night Calling & Free Roaming . This has resulted in less churn of our LL & BB Customers and also
brought many new mobile customers to our fold through MNP.
We are also getting positive feed-back from our customers who have enjoyed Free Wi-fi Access for 3
days for a duration of 30 minutes each from the Hot Spots installed near the Shore Temple in
Mahabalipuram.
In order to provide High Speed Internet connection, we are focusing on retail customers across the city by
extending Fibre To The Home Technology subject to feasibility. The advantage of BSNL FTTH over other
Internet Service Providers is that, the customer will be getting voice calls & also will be enjoying Free
Night Calling feature .
You may be aware that we have recently introduced a new promotional plan for 90 days w.e.f 26/08/2015
called BBG Speed Combo ULD 1091 which has received overwhelming response. The salient features of
this plan are Download speed of 8Mbps up to 60 GB and thereafter 512kbps.
Similarly, customers who have got migrated to NGN switches have reported excellent Voice and BB speed.
We have received encouraging response from our esteemed customers and we will make all efforts to
make this News Letter more informative & meaningful
