This article will show you the complete method of

Jesus Christ how to solve the crime and drug
problem
that will benefit both the victimizer and the victim.

How to Curb Drug Addiction and Crimes without resorting to killing the criminals (drug
lord, drug pusher, drug addict who turned into thief, rapist and killer, etc.)
If someone can tell me how to eradicate criminality, corruption, drugs and
other heinous crimes without killing the criminals then please enlighten me.

You may or may not agree with me. Being a Christian and a supporter of Duterte
is not an easy decision for me because of God's commandments and because of our
moral values.
If someone can tell me how to eradicate criminality, corruption, drugs
and other heinous crimes without killing the criminals then please enlighten
me.
These are criminals mamatay tao, do you think they will not pull a trigger
against our law enforcers during police operations or encounters? If they fight back,
then it's obvious for the law enforcers to protect their lives too. If they submit
themselves then they will live and will undergo due process.
If you choose between the lives of innocents/victims, law enforcers and
criminals which lives you want to save?
This is a sad reality you have to choose which lives you want to protect. Yes it
can be scary most especially if one of our love ones are into those deeds mentioned
above.
What we can do is to encourage them to change their lives before it's too late.
Security for every Pilipino is very important for me. With drugs readily available
everywhere you go then crime rates are also high. I don't want my children to be a
victim of these crimes or victims of drug addiction. That's why as early as now we
need a leader that will put to an end of these bad elements.
Everyone loves that these things will come to an end but now the question is
who will do it, who will lead, and who has the guts to fight against drug syndicates,
drug protectors, criminals and corrupt politicians? While drug-free and crime-free
community is impossible to achieve, it doesn't mean that we will not do something
about it. That's why I support for Duterte's top priority to end corruption, criminality
and drugs within 3-6 months he may not achieve it but one thing is for sure drastic
change is achievable. Next we need to change the status quo of how the Government
agencies do their works. They need to improve their services. They need to stop the
corruption. They need to change how taxes are computed and collected. The
government needs to improve their basic services such as health care, water and
electricity and the list will go on and on. Lastly we need to change ourselves too. We
need to have self-discipline starting from following simple traffic laws, to throwing
garbage properly among others.

Bitaw doy, you have put the issue in such a brilliant way that I salute you.
In just a few paragraphs, you have described our present dilemma (not the De
Lima who runs for Senator, he he) in a very concise but complete and clear manner
that many wish to do but could not! So we tell you, You have articulated very well
what we wanted to say all this time.
You possess a clear mind.
Now, your questions are wise, so they need wise answers too. Let me see if I can
measure up to that.
Let us start with your question:
Question 1: How to eradicate criminality, corruption, drugs and other
heinous crimes without killing the criminals?
First, let me say that the presence of Mayor Duterte or anyone as law enforcer
who sometimes have to resort to killing the criminal is needed at this time, because
lumalala na ang situation, and as you said, there comes a time when the law
enforcers have to decide: kill the criminals they are pursuing or let themselves get
killed by these criminals.
So, the arrest and even execution of criminals are sometimes mostly during
this time necessary or unavoidable.
But we also know that the deaths of the criminals can be reduced or limited
such as by reforming our prison system where the prisoner can be given a life
sentence instead of death penalty, but as I have indicated, the prison must be
conducive for character reform, not conducive for shabu operation!
If we can reform the prison system, to stop the operation of syndicates inside it,
then, I prefer life sentence for at least two reasons. First, you have a lifetime of
chance to think about your past wicked acts and if the prison is conducive for spiritual
learning, you can come to repentance one of these days and can become a good
person, even better than you were before.
So, that is a sinner rehabilitated. Criminal made righteous.
Death penalty should not be resorted to before life sentence. Life sentence
should be the first option, before death penalty.
And here is an opportunity where the spiritual teachers can be busy and their
life become more purposeful. Here, our spiritual teachers can be of greater use. They
have to care and rehabilitate what society considers as worse sinners, or shall I say,
as you will find later in this discussion, what society has incidentally turned into
criminals and worse sinners.

That is the purpose of prison like Bilibid or banishment to an isolated island

where you are separated from society at large to prevent you from doing another
crime and to give you the opportunity for inner self-examination and realize your
wrongdoings.
It is not human, and also not taught in the Genuine Scriptures of the Lord
(www.franky1.com) to drastically or instantly kill anyone who can still change into a
better (take note: better) person if given a change, e.g., put into a life sentence.
So, to spare mayor Duterte from his heart disturbing him more and more, he
may resort to cleaning and reforming the Bilibid Prison from its being a den of shabu
drug lords into a clean prison where rehabilitation is possible. Then, Mayor Duterte,
when he will be blessed to be our next president, can impose the death penalty to
less and less number of criminals.
I am 101% certain that mayor Duterte prefers to clean and reform the Bilibid
Prison and work with our pastors and ministers and priests as well as the families of
our prisoners to achieve their eventual reformation and re-instatement to society; for,
to a wife or a son or a daughter, there is nothing more joyous to see your husband or
father back home, a bettered man!
PROOFS THAT THE WORST SINNER CAN BE REFORMED
If you are negative that such reformation or change can or will happen to a
worse criminal, then, I tell you of a real case of a very inspiring evangelist in the USA
today, converting more people back to Christ than many other pastors, and this man
was formerly a heinous criminal who was converted to Christ in prison by a kind
pastor; his deep remorse resulted to Jesus personally visiting him, if you dont mind to
believe its possibility! The nickname of this amazing man is ____ Star sorry, I
forget the first word. He is still alive and doing great conversions among many other
criminals and sinners like him in America today.
Another case of a wicked person converted back to God was one of the criminals
who were crucified with Jesus.
Another case that a wicked person can change was King Nebuchadnezzar of
Babylon. Read to book of Daniel to see the beautiful story.
If you still think the worst sinner has no more hope for repentance or change, let
all Christians and non-Christians know that in 1970, earth time, the great rebel known
as Lucifer, according to Gods message to us, has returned to the Light!
So, the evil ones today do not anymore include Lucifer, but his juniors!
Remember also what Jesus said, I came not for the healthy but for the sick; I
came not for the righteous (who do not need help) but for the sinners.
Jesus mission was a mission of mercy and grace: To seek the sinner and help
him escape from the clutches or slavery of sins.
If and when our pastors, priests and ministers can do this job in behalf of the
Lord, then, I think Mayor Duterte or any president for that matter, will be more than

happy to work with them. Because as I read him, mayor Duterte has acute love for
the poor and weak as seen in his relentless fight against their abusers or victimizers.
But I also heard many reports that mayor Duterte does not make a fun nor is he
inclined to kill the sinners (shabu drug lords, pushers, and the addicts turned
criminals) no, we heard many stories that he first negotiate with them, such as to
advise them to stop the crimes, or if they cant, he would advise them to move to
other cities or places and even offer them fare. Thats clear proof of his not liking to
kill a person, sinner-criminal included.
The killing only happens during a raid of those who would not take heed of his
advice to quit the vice or to move out.
That makes sense. And I think, mayor Duterte is doing Gods will more than our
present and previous leaders who work in secret with the shabu drug lords and other
syndicates, victimizing many, in order to make money and in order to keep the people
poor, weak and rule-able! For these wicked leaders know that the end of their bad
reign comes if the people becomes wise and strong and independent. So, in order to
keep them weak, they allow the use of drugs et al to weaken the people and make
money at the same time from the sales of drugs, etc.
So, my point is: No sinner, no matter how incorrigible his wickedness might be,
will remain a sinner.
I am sorry to say that the Catholic doctrine of eternal penalty in an eternal lake
of fire called Hell is a lie. For every creation, every being, every son and daughter of
God is made of the material God is made of, namely: love. So, every cell, every organ,
every atom, in us is Love. Its vibration and feeling is loving. For which reason that
when a cell is exposed to a vibration that is not in tune to love, it gets sick and dies,
that is, disintegrates, and joins again in its basic formless state back to the sea of
love called ether.
The most subtle stuff behind the air is called ether, which the Scripture calls
love. The deepest and most refined stuff inside the atom and the atoms neutrons,
electrons and protons is a formless wave or sea of force called ether,
electromagnetic, with its pull and repulse forces, which is the two characteristics of
love with its wisdom.
So, in our innermost, that is, when everything in us gets burned or decayed,
what remains is the soul, which is composed of love. The raw material of soul is love.
So, how can a worst sinner, who does evil only because of lack of knowledge of
the truth or lack of knowledge about the better ways or some form of ignorance or
mis-education or he became wicked only because of some circumstances that he
could not control, such as those happened to orphans who have no parents to turn to,
or to prostitutes who have no one to lean on to survive, or to todays killers-rapistsrobbers who are first victims of shabu that destroyed their brain and turned them into
worse thinkers and bad decision makers.
If we understand the background or story of each of these worst criminals,
whom mayor Duterte said to be always caused by shabu, then, we can sympathize
and feel the urge to resort first to rehabilitate them, instead of killing them.

THE BEST WAY

The best way, which is Christs, is to help not only the victims but also the
victimizers, the rapist shabu addict for example.
That is the most complete form of love and compassion which I know mayor
Duterte will adopt once he is in power: help both victimizers and victims.
For if he is happy to have protected and/or given justice to the victims, how
much happier he will be when and if, aside from helping the victims, he can also
restore and even make better the victimizers! Better husbands, better fathers?
Do you think mayor Duterte will not reform the Bilibid Prison et al for that
purpose? Do you think he will not welcome the help of the ministers of God?
This is extensively and very clearly discussed by our Lord in His own version of
the Gospel, the Book still not corrupted by the Vatican, the Book published in
www.franky1.com.
In this Book, which is 25 volumes, 7,500 pages, and titled New Revelation of
Jesus Christ, and nicknamed The Gospel According to Jesus Christ as there is the
gospel according to Matthew, and the gospel according to Mark, and the gospel
according to Luke, and the gospel according to John, etc., Jesus explained it so clearly.
Note: The entire New Testament which contains the 4 gospels is only 300 pages.
Jesus own version of the gospel, His own narration, is 7,500 pages!
There you will read inside the way I had just described to you how to treat the
criminals to the point that they can also be reinstated to mainstream society, to the
happiness of all, as better men than they were before! And what wife would not be
happier for that? What son or daughter would not be happy to see his or her father
back, and better than he was before?
I tell you, not only heaven will rejoice but also the world to welcome back such a
bettered former member of society! And beloved member of the family! See?
See? Christs way is very wonderful and sweet sweet as honey! Very
complete perfect!

Now, to directly answer the question, How to solve drug and crime problem
without killing the criminal, here I summarize my long answer:
Most of these criminals were offended when they were young, e.g., as orphans
or street children who might have no parents to feed and provide for them, and when
they approached people in the street or in the market, they were met with a cord or a
stick to be chased mercilessly like wild animals, instead of being accommodated with
love and compassion by women and men who could act as their aunts and uncles or
benefactors, to feed them, to give them water to quench their thirst, to give them
clothes, to shelter them (isnt this what the Lord asked His disciples to do in Matthew
25? If so, why are we not doing this? Why are we causing those orphans, those
fatherless kids to go from store to store unwelcomed and being forced to quicken

their hands more and more so when they steal a bread or two they could not be
noticed and caught?
My countrymen, brothers and sisters, I tell you with all the pains in my heart, IF
WE CONTINUE TO CHASE OR SPANK A POOR FATHERLESS CHILD WITH A STICK, WE
ARE ACTUALLY TRAINING HIM TO BECOME QUICKER IN HIS MOVES AND HANDS, AND
LATER ON, SINCE HE CANNOT ENTER A DECENT EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE NO ONE
AMONG US, SENT HIM TO SCHOOL OR TAUGHT HIM A DECENT WORK SKILL, THIS
POOR CHILD WILL GROW MORE AND MORE AGILE IN HIS MOVES AND HANDS TO
STEAL, AND STEAL AND LATER ON, WHEN HE HAS THE MONEY TO BUY GUNS, HE WILL
BUY ONE OR MORE TO PROTECT HIM IN CASE THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE HE WILL
ROB WILL RESIST.
See?
The making of a criminal is now being done by no other one but us! By our lack
of compassion, we turn the children of the poor into criminals.
But if we helped them be fed, if we gave them food, then, who will steal food?
And if we sent them to school, or taught them skill to work for a decent salary or
income, who will like stealing which is most dangerous and the most undesirable
method of making a living because what you do does not please people and invoke
their anger? Who would like to become a criminal just to have your food?
Do you think the criminals like crimes as their means to have food?
CRIMINALS DO NOT LIKE THEIR CAREER
I quote a touching statement of a 14-year shabu addict. One day, someone gave
him the powder juice made from the countrys top five healing herbs, this juice is
known by the name First Vita Plus.
The name of this man is Monching. He is from Cagayan de Oro City. He received
a gift of one box of First Vita Plus, from a friend. After taking a sachet that night, he
was amazed to discover the next day that for the first time, he had such a sound
sleep in 14 years. And do you know what did he say? He exclaimed, Eto na pala ang
biyaya na hinihintay ko! (English: Oh, thank you God, this is the blessing that I have
been waiting for!)
Please keep your bookmark to the words blessing that I have been waiting for.
The answer he had been waiting for. So, he must have been praying or wishing all
those years!
And, O my friend, you think that these criminals, these shabu addicts, and those
hardcore prostitutes are evil in their hearts? How do we know?
I tell you, my countrymen, Monchings statement struck my heart to the
deepest! I said to myself, Pure pala ang puso nitong mga taong ito at its deepest. I
have been thinking all these years that nothing good remained in them.
Another video from YouTube on the subject shabu featured a shabu addict who
confessed that he was only forced into shabu to make him forget their misery (see?
Cant you feel compassion?) and that after taking shabu and perhaps doing

something wrong (again), he would feel remorse and wished he can find some way to
ease the pain without shabu.
So, you can see how still pure is their inner being!
This is real proof that each of us is Gods replica His image and since God is
Love, therefore, we are also made of love that deeper than our temporary
wickedness, we are pure love.
Isnt that sweet? Isnt that enough reason why we should honor and love and
respect and value all human beings, victims and victimizers? Oppressors and
oppressed?
This idea that is broader and more encompassing than what the Bible and the
Quran teach (for the Bible and the Quran are recast to paint a love that excludes the
sinners or someone or some group), although the law of Christ to love all is still there,
but the manipulators have injected many verses into the Bible and Quran to lead the
believers to become bigoted, hostile to some group or someone. So, the allencompassing love Jesus taught is slain! Destroyed.

I hope that this short discussion has shown you the excellence of the way of
Christ which is the Way of the Father that Jesus taught again to mankind during His
first coming.
In the Book in www.franky1.com and www.Jesus4you.net, you will discover that
todays way, allegedly coming from the Quran and Bible, is no longer complete
hence, no longer perfect.
And you will say Amen to that when the day arrives that the Muslim children
and Christian children perform the planned CLASH OF THE TITANS, AND CLASH OF
THE CLANS, as orchestrated by the Jesuits and Vatican many centuries ago to happen
this end-time.
Bible vs Quran. Christianity vs Islam.
Two supposedly book of peace being actually used as tools of wars and
destructions. You cant believe that? Then, go to Mindanao or to the Middle East and
see what book is behind what doctrines are causing the two factions to prepare and
perform the war that will annihilate many!
That is why I had suggested some time ago, that the Filipinos will be better off, if
we remove both the Bible and the Quran. It is the foreigners who brought them into
our land and it is now evident that nothing better has come out of them!
I can see that and I can see that I am 101% certain to be correct in what I have
said because I have already read many many times over the correct version of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is not 1,100 pages King James or NIV, but 7,500 pages
and is not included in what we call the Holy Bible or New Testament today!
It is not included in the Bible and the Quran!

Doy, do you know now that there is a method available for mayor Duterte to use
to avoid killing the criminals and the drug addicts? Once he is in power, he can do it
more easily since he will have greater power to enlist the mothers to help strengthen
their families, enlist the help of the spiritual ministers to rehabilitate the addicts in
prisons or before they get into prison, he will also have the power to legalize the use
of marijuana and spread the use of First Vita Plus et al to hasten the permanent
healing of drug addiction.
But I want to emphasize that the permanent healing is in the repair of marriage
and family. If both institutions are restored and strengthened, then, as Ive said, no
son or daughter will become empty anymore. And since it is this emptiness or
boredom or sorrow that serves as the basis why shabu as a filler is a hit today the
drug business and drug vice will collapse like a house of card on its own when such
emptiness is filled again by the right person: parents, or family, as well as by God
Himself.
It is the disappearance or loss of family and God from the heart and lives of
these pitiful children that led them to settle for the substitutes or filler: the shabu or
any other fillers like world pleasure and entertainments which become wrong and
harmful if your intention is to use them as replacement of God and Family or
Spirituality.
So, bring back home especially the Nanay who is the spring of love in every
family and let everyone find the emotional drink that can satisfy them and prevent
them from resorting to its dangerous substitute, the shabu. And let this mother as
well as her husband connect to the Primary Spring of Love - God and Christ Himself
so as to avoid running out of supply!
That is my explanation of the way of God that the Bible, because of thousands
of truncations and twistings, is no longer able to clearly explain to us.

But it should not be given to bad leaders... I mean, we must not commit the
mistake of electing the bad guy to the presidency and then, have a law that

Life sentence and death penalty, if wisely exercised with love, can help make a
better world and a more peaceful and happier society.
