Respected Sir,

I am working as an auditor in the company for the last three plus years. First of all , I would like to thank my
company who helps me a lot in completing my MBA3.5yr.No doubt, our company is the world best leading company in the
field of marketing research. Its an honor for me to being a employee of this company and also want to serve my company
as a team player in dynamic environment and learn by capitalizing my abilities by being an essential part and parcel of
organizational growth and progress in future.
I am writing to take your attention on some of the issues of company. I am facing strong disappointing situation for the last
two months which felt me in inferiority complex. Some of the company officials are trying to run the company on
favoritism basis and biasness. There is no meritocracy shown by the act of these officials which is very disappointing for
me and may be many of other employees which can not raise their voice or protest.
You are requested to please give me the answer of my simple questions. I ,ll be grateful to you.
1.What is procedure of appraisal/promotion in the company?
2.Is education, experience or quality of work matters in the company?
3.Fraud employees can be hire again due to favoritism in the company?
4.Is the biasness and favoritism is important for the company?
5.Are we follow the Nielsen core values (simple, open , integrated)?
I am very sorry to say that , there is on rule of law, education doesnt matters, Experience doesnt matters, quality doesnt
matters, fraud cannot be discouraged due to favoritism and biasness. There is no proper system of appraisal, rating or
promotion. I am facing these issues from last two months and also contact all my officials through proper channel about
these issues but no one give me a healthy response. I am very disappointed due to this rude behavior of my officials.There
are lot of things to describe which cannot be discussed in written. It is my understanding that I am still the lowest ranked
employee among colleagues, and although there have been some increases, I feel that I am at an unfair disadvantage. I
have always had good feedback on my performance and never required disciplinary action, so I am at a loss about the
decision making process.
Perhaps there has been some kind of oversight within human resources, or an issue that I have not been made aware of.
Therefore would it be possible to arrange a meeting to discuss the matter sometime soon? I look forward to your
response.
Its a humble request to you, kindly take specific measures to overcome this situation and try to control the favoritism
culture and biasness for the healthy environment in the company. After solving these issues, we can positively participate
in the progress of the company and can set a good example for others.
My doesnt mean to hurt or target or blame anyone. All these issues are discouraging the employees performance and
morals. Its the humble request, Kindly remove the favoritism culture and biasness.
I am writing this resignation letter due to disappointment from company officials.

As you may know, I love my job and I always do the best I can to ensure that I always deliver the best possible
results for any and all projects I am involved in. However, I was very disappointed to learn that once again, I have
not been selected as a candidate eligible for promotion. I feel like my work for the past years have earned me the

right to move up at least a step in the company hierarchy. I am very much frustrated that I am still now currently in
the very same position as I was when I entered the company 3 years ago.
I am not very surprised that my other colleagues promoted due to favouritism.Our company officials are not fulfilling the company
standard ( simple, open , integrated ).we are biased in our acts. We do not notice the fake work in the field.The standard of
appraisal is not justifiable. We promote fraud in company.
I cannot work with this setup where verbal and physical policies are contrasted. Where qualification doesnt matters. Where fraud
employees hired again with great enthusiasm and without fear. Where code of conduct is for low management and different for
others.i have shared some videos to my supervisor regarding field.
