SUNDAY NIGHTS WORSHIP

Thanks to all the Ladies who joined together to share special
music last Sunday night. You did a wonderful job!

Next Sunday night we will have an exciting time in

worship as we sing a great medley of golden
nuggets from our past.
Well bring back memories of Sunday School singing and
campfire song which will warm our hearts. Join us as we
remember favorites like: Do Lord; Ive Got the Joy, Joy, Joy,
Joy; Im In the Lords Army; The B-I-B-L-E; I Am a C;
Jesus Loves Me; Jesus Loves the Little Children; This Little
Light of Mine; Hallelu, Hallelu; and, If Youre Happy and
You Know It.

FELLOWSHIP CLUB
Our final Fellowship Club gathering this spring will be held at
noon, Monday, May 2. Well gather at the Boat Basin
pavilion, just south of the Chamber of Commerce building.
Plan to bring fixins that mix well with grilled hamburgers.
Harold Fleshman and Lewis Jones are manning the grill that
morning, cooking up some of the finest food around. Bring
your covered dish and your appetite. Were looking for a
pontoon boat or two to offer rides, for those adventurous
enough to get on the water.
CLARIFICATION a-la PAUL HARVEY
From Ray Harrell comes a humorous update on Dr. Gardners
cake bake illustration he shared last Sunday: With the help of
his daughter, Lee Anns recipe and detailed instruction, Ray
Harrell won that Mens Cake Baking Contest at FBC
Thomasville! Dr. Gs cake won the prize as the
Worst Cake! And thats the rest of the story!!!

missions, recreation, Bible story, and music. Is God calling you to
serve this year?

AWANA Sunday Nights @ 5:30

Awards Ceremony! Join us on May 1 for our Annual Awards Night
when we recognize the achievements of our clubbers this year. It is
AMAZING what these children learned.

Sunday night small groups will be taking a break
until the fall. The last meeting of the year will be
April 24th. We will end the year with a fellowship at
Chip and Patty Halls home. Plan to meet with your

offered from 5:15-6:15 on Sunday nights. We will be
taking a look at 6 foundational truths about God
during our time together.

Spring Cleaning!
A BIG THANK YOU to those that helped us clean up the toys and
playground equipment last Saturday. Janone Doss, Jerry and Patsy
Henry, Michelle Baxley and Mildred Betts were such a blessing to our
preschool ministry!

CentriKid July 18-22

All children who will complete 2nd through 6th grades are invited to
attend CentriKid camps in Norman Park, Georgia on July 18-22. This
is a sleep-away camp that is super fun and presents the Gospel at every
turn. This year the theme is Unseen and we will study Ephesians 6:19.
It is super fun! It is not too late to let me know if you would like to
participate. I have 10 spots left and need to know asap if you are
planning to attend!

Parent Luncheon
Parents, join us for a time together following the
morning service on Sunday, May 15th in the youth
building. We will provide lunch for you and then I
would like a few minutes to discuss upcoming events
as well as a plan for the future of our parent ministry.

Blessings,
Jeff
