Billing related queries should be raised within 7 days of submission of

the bills and COD related queries should be raised within 60 days of
delivery, post these queries and claims will not be entertained.
All shipments are insured which is having invoice value less than Rs.
5000. For invoice value more than Rs. 5000, insurance premium will
be charged as 0.5% of invoice value. Clients need to select insurance
option as "Yes" while adding the shipment.
