INTRODUCTION

This record it is to help you and to look for your role and the outreach strategy of a team, that
live in your city; to lift up your local community, that can influence the life of people in your
region and to change the culture of life according to the Word of God and the Christian
values.
God chooses and sends special people in certain groups of people. Paul was sent to the
nations, Peter and the other apostles went to the Hebrew people. We can assume that every
group of people is unique in its way, as every man its unique and special. A certain group of
people share a common life style (the culture and all its aspects), they auto identify as a group
of people that looks similar as they do, and differs from others in language, religions, ethnic
appearance, living place, occupation, social class, particular situation or through a
combination of all this.
This record it is made to help you:
To know God's strategy for spreading the Gospel to a certain group of people
that live near by.
To build a strong local church, able to influence all life styles.
To know your role in the divine strategy.
To note the observations created after the knowledge and understanding the
certain situation, so that you can move forward in a wright direction, shown by
God.
1.1 What do we need to plan a strategy for spreading the Gospel?
A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps Prov. 16:9 (KJV).
To plan the preaching of the Gospel and to build the local community under the guidance of
the Holy Spirit, first we need to build a strong foundation. This allows God to guide our steps
in a constructive and successfully way. This changes our desire for bringing people to Christ
in the wright way.
Every morning the people around you changes. New groups are formed, the old ones break
into sub-groups and then they develop. Every person it is precious in God's eyes and deserves
a special attention, also every group of people desired to receive the same care and love.
1.2 What mission mean?
The purpose of outreach consists in offering the possibilities to particular persons and groups
to: receive Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, to become disciples and to build up a
stronger local community, which to be able to influence the entire social life in your region
through spreading the Kingdom of God.

The Bible speaks a lot about what a Christian should look like. In Romans, Paul offers a clear
picture of what we should be. In the book of Acts we find out how the primary church spread
the Gospel thorough peoples witnessing, which were changed through the power of God. We
will follow Paul strategy, that evangelized key cities in the Roman Empire.
