DESKRIPSI MATA KULIAH


Setelah menempuh mata kuliah English For Midwifery 1, ini mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki
pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar tentang peran bidan dalam masalah kesehatan masyarakat .
Baik masalah yang terjadi di dalam lingkungan kesehatan dasar maupun yang terjadi dalam rumah
sakit. Sehingga peran bidan benar-benar terasa dalam melaksanakan penaggulangan terhadap
masalah-masalah kesehatan yang marak terjadi dimasyarakat serta penanganannya. Dimulai dari
pengetahuan dasar tentang system reproduksi, masalah budaya ibu hamil yang salah, serta tindakan
yang harus dilakukan oleh ibu pasca melahirkan. Sehingga diharapakan setelah selesai mata kuliah
ini, mahasiswa akan lebih berkompten dalam menangani permasalahan yang marak terjadi,
sekaligus lebih mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris.

STANDAR KOMPETENSI

Mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang dasar masalah kesehatan dalam
masyarakat dan perilaku bidan dalam menanggulangi serta menanganinya.

PPT are submitted to the lecturer a week after the group division.
Late submission will be given penalty.
Every member of group should be active in making paper and presenting the
paper.
Make PPT as attractive as possible.

Paper should be readable from many aspects.
