History
Growing up in India our CEO Nidhi Saxena has always challenged cultural stereotypes she excelled in school earning high grades in the
male dominated subjects of math and Science and gained recognition as a badminton and ping-pong champion. She wanted to contribute
to the society by presenting her story as an example of perseverance, persistence, ethics and will power.

Nidhi left her position as a Senior Systems Analyst back in 2000 to realize her dream and form DatamanUSA. She started off as an IT
consultant working on projects from her home basement. DatamanUSA expanded to open their office in the Denver Tech Centre in 2004.
Since then, there is no turning back and through hard work and perseverance DatamanUSA has now grown to over 50 employees in
multiple states. Nidhi has combined her IT background with employees who have both strong technical backgrounds and people with
business and recruiting backgrounds to build the strong company DatamanUSA is today.

The ability and experience taking on challenges and striving for perfection have been key factors in building DatamanUSA. The success of
DatamanUSA along with balancing the family life, has given Nidhi the greatest satisfaction of all. As DatamanUSA continues to grow,
