No domestic worker may have access to the Estate without registration and prior permission. This application form
must be completed and returned to the Security Office along with 2 Identity Document Photographs of the worker
and R50.00 for the once off registration fee. The fee will cover the make up and production of the laminated
security card to be worn at all times by the registered worker. The application must be submitted immediately on
employment to ensure access.
Kindly ensure that all information is completed in full and documentation required is attached.

Under NO circumstances may a domestic worker be given a remote control for any access gate. Should a
domestic worker be found in possession of a remote control the remote control will be confiscated and the
Owner / Tenant will be fined according to the Rules of the Estate.
Your domestic worker needs to be appraised of the Estate RULES. You are responsible for the domestic
worker complying with these rules. Particular attention should be drawn to that fact that (a) NO washing
is to be hung on trees or placed on any lawn to dry. This also includes walls and balustrades (b) mops,
brooms, buckets and other cleaning material may not be stored on balconies or be visible to the common
property (c) folding down clothes horses may be used which must be collapsed and stored away after use.
No other washing lines will be permitted unless prior approval is given to such owner/tenant by the
Trustees in writing.
After your domestic worker receives her/his first warning and she/he continues to breach Estate rules
her/his card allowing her/him access into the Estate will be withdrawn.
