Warfare Business Area. Managed Depot, Sustainment, Technology Demonstration, EMD, and Full Rate
Production type programs for radar receivers / transmitters and signal / data processing equipment on the several
different fighter aircraft platforms.

responsible for inserting automated test capabilities into the BAE Systems Common Factories. Responsible
for the success of test-engineering activities on all Common Factory programs. Led the Test Team to stand up
the automated test capabilities for the Advanced Microwave Products factory.
* F22, JSF, ALE55 Sustaining/Depot: Directly responsible for the success of all engineering activities in
support of the production teams on these programs. Managed the technical teams and partnered with the
program managers and production personnel. Monitored the technical subcontracts, and provided a technical
interface to the customers. Successfully completed formal failure analysis closing all non-conformance issues.

* Section Manager- Technical Unit Leader, Electrical Prototyping: Technical leader for a 32-member team
developing electrical hardware for advanced technology programs. Responsible for engineering performance
on Advanced Systems programs. Provided technical assignments, engineering career development and training
guidance to staff members. Supported technical proposals submitted from within the AS directorate. Assured
the application of applicable best practices on Advanced Systems & Technology programs.

Sanders, A Lockheed Martin Company, Nashua NH
Technical expertise was primarily in digital electrical engineering involving embedded processors for use in RF
and Electro-Optical systems. Work was concentrated in providing signal processing and controller solutions
using VHDL targeted to FPGAs and embedded SW.
* Developed application and FPGA design requirements for several applications including a DSP based
sonobouy channelizer and several Electro-Optical Systems.
* Designed and tested the HW for a micro-miniature imaging subsystem for the Micro-Air Vehicle
(MAV).
* Developed VHDL for image processing algorithms targeted to Actel FPGAs for the ATIRCM program.
* Designed the Analog to Digital Multi-Chip Module for the RHN program.
* Completed the Digital Subsystem development on the Milsatcom program.

* Process Development - Part of a multi-business team that created the Lockheed Martin standard digital
design process. Responsible for developing the FPGA Design process. Provided application engineering
and methodology support in the areas of schematic based capture, VHDL simulation, and VHDL based
synthesis operations to design engineers across the corporation. Managed corporation wide CAE tool
competition for Hardware Accelerator technology

* Project Engineer - Technical lead for implementing changes that allowed for increased remote operational
capabilities for the Seek Igloo Radar program. -- Project Engineer responsible for implementing bundled
changes into an existing radar system. Duties included design, development, and project management.
* Subsystem Design - Developed the digital architecture and wrote the requirements for a fault tolerant
controller for the phased array on the A2100 satellite program. Completed digital subsystem design for
Fiber Optic Controlled Phased Array Radar. Developed an autonomously controlled clocking scheme for
the Warp Systolic Array Processor.
* Hardware Design - Designed, developed and fielded a three stage micro-programmable engine for the
Array Processor used in the Over-the-Horizon Radar program. Duties included architecture definition,
detailed design, manufacturing interface, and testing.
* System Test - Supported the integration and test phase of several Solid State Radar programs and solved
several data processor hardware issues at remote radar sites.
* Software Design - Designed and tested an assembly language multi-processor I/O driver that interfaced
with the Array Processor Operating System for a proposed FAA radar program. Developed the microcode for the array processor in the OTH Radar Program.
