Scimera'sinception,wehavemadetremendousstridesandprogresswithintheBioceutical/Heathand
Wellnessindustry.Wehaveeffectivelypositionedourselvesasahighendproductlineandmaintainan

totalsalesrevenue.Scimerahasalsoseena25%increaseinnewpharmacyaccounts.Scimeraisnowsold
in over 500 pharmacies in 44 states throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. We have also
penetratedthenaturalfoodstoreconglomerate.OurproductsarecurrentlyunderreviewatWholefoods
andarecurrentlyofferedatAkinsNaturalFoodChainintheMidwestUnitedStatesandcentralFlorida.
Asaresultofourreputation,wehavebeenabletodevelopandfinalizenewbusinessrelationships,
includingSmithRobertsonLtdTrinidadandTobago.Thisnewrelationshipisquiteanachievement.
SmithRobertsonisoneofthelargestdistributorsintheCaribbeanwithover$1Bintotalsales.Scimera
becametheir1st newOTCaccountin10yearsandhasadedicatedlocalsalesteamtopromoteour
products. Smith Robertson anticipates initial first year sales in excess of $250,000 with the goal of
achieving$1M(USD)inannualsaleswithinseveralyears.Subsequentmarketpenetrationtoinclude
otherCaribbeancountriesisexpected.
