1. Automatic thinking is unconsious and effortless thoughts. .

It is unconsious
and effortless because when we a situation that we have experienced is
encountered, there is absence of analysis. Controlled thinking is different from
automatic thinking in terms that controlled thinking is consciou, and effortful.
In a way, controlled thinking is used when an unexpereinced situation is
encountered the first time and after getting used to the situation, automatic
thinking takes over.
Some of my daily examples for Automatic thinking is my daily morning routing of
waking up and drinking a bottle of water . bathing and praying . It is very automatic
. Another example is me driving to work to and from back home, it is an automatic
process . Another excellent example is me doing my work using the keybord and
laptop it is automatic on what i need to type and the spelling of the words.
Some examples of consious thinking is me deciding what i should be wearing to
work and what to eat . My daily group breifing and stuffs i need to do all falls under
consious thinking .

2. how day-to-day decisions can affect my future.here are two examples , our day t
day decisions affect our future as a cause and effect condition . where if a wrong
decision is made then the future will be in a bleak condition and vice cersa. One
example is when i was young my parents would tell me to study but i would refuse
to study which caused me to have difficulty in my studies and caused me to drop
out at a young age and work tirelessly , if i had decided to study i would have not
gone thru the hell of a ride to makes ends meet. Another example of wrong
decision affecting my future is my wife , when i was dating her my parents and the
elders in the house were against it , i got married to her despite the objections.
Now she is the awesomest wife ever , i am happily married and am coming up in life
with her support . now all this is because of my decisions affecting my future .
3. Generalisations, assumptions made about a whole group of people based on
samples that are inadequate . example in my life , all sales people are evil . i may
want to increase your sample size or draw a more modest conclusion by using the
word some . Some sales of people are evil.
Personalisations is inappropriately inseting personalities into an argument. Common
in political arguments . example in my life is , Against a person = he is a Gay hence
he is not a good person . way to avoid the personalization= look at his merits
supporting data of an argument, not on his personality or sexuality .
Everyone Does It=justifying an issue based on only the number of people involved.
Everyone is going to the gym , so I must enroll myself in a gym . the popular
position may not be the right thing for me.

False Cause= Drawing improper conclusions through sequencing, example is , i ate

fruits in the morning , i feel sick at night hence fruits are not good for me. Be sure to
explain and understanding properly before adding up sequence .
