Working principle.
Fuel in the fuel storage tank pumped into the daily
tank but previously filtered in fuel oil separator. Then
stored in daily tank. If the fuel oil (BBM) the fuel
from daily tank pumped into Atomizer (Nozzel).
Meanwhile, if the fuel is gas fuel (BBG) so from the
daily tank pumped into conversion kit(gas pressure
regulator) to set the pressure using clean air
compressor and then flew into the turbocharger. In
turbocharger pressure and air temperature increased
first in general at 500 psi with temperature reaching
600 C. the air pressure and high temperature flew
into the combustor.
In the diesel engine there is an ignition. At that time
the fuel is sprayed into the cylinder temperature and
high pressure exceed the fuel flash point so it will
turn on automatically which raise fuel explotion. The
explotion in the combustion make the piston move
then the crank shaft convert into mechanical energy.
Pressure of the gas of combustion fuel and air will
push the piston which is connected to the crank shaft
using the piston rod, so the piston can move back and
forth. This motion will convert into rotation motion
by the crank shaft. And vice versa with the crank
shaft, rotation motion will convert in to back and
forth motion on the piston on the compression stroke.
Diesel engine crank shaft is used to drive the
generator rotor shaft. Then generator convert this
mechanical energy into electrical energy, it cause
electrical move force ( emf)
Voltage from the generator increase used trafo step
up. Then it goes to the supply by the transmission
line.
