No entry will be refunded unless the secretary is notified in writing not


later than 48hrs prior to the commencement of the show.

4.

No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner,


lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in
the show without taking adequate precautions to ensure that members of
the public are not put at risk of injury.

5.

Galloping/cantering in non-competitive areas is strictly forbidden; failure


to comply could mean ejection from the show without refund of entries.

6.

Hard hats conforming to BS EN1384, ASTMF1163, PAS 015 must be worn with
the chin strap securely fastened at all times when mounted.

7.

Foul language and abuse to horses and human alike, will not be tolerated.

8.

The correct standard of dress must be worn in all classes i.e. Jacket and
jodhpurs. Riding or Jodhpur boots must be worn when mounted.

9.

All riders must ensure that long hair is tied back above the collar.

10. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of an incident &


accompanied by a 20 deposit, which is returned should the objection be
sustained.
11. All persons on the show field attend/compete at their own risk, the
committee and land owners are not responsible for any incident may occur
to any horse, rider, dog, handler, spectator, vehicles or property.
12. Where age is mentioned, proof of age may be required.
13. All ridden horses must be 4yrs and over.
14. All competitors are expected to be suitably insured for all events.
15. The show organisers strongly recommend that after any fall a visit to the
medical centre is made before continuing.
16. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or the wishes of the
show officials may result in ejection from the field without refund of
entries.
17. The decision of the committee on any point not covered above is FINAL
