PARTITION PANEL
BASIC
The basic partition panels

represent one of the basic
elements for the construction
of
cleanrooms
and
workplaces with maximum

safety,
sterility,
hygiene,
simple maintenance, and

sanitation.
Due
to
their
design
they are mainly suitable

for hospitals, pharmaceutical, electrical, engineering, foodstuff, and chemical industry premises.
In the premises established by the partition panels overpressure

or urderpressure maintaining is guaranteed due to their tight
connection between the panels, floor, and ceiling, which fact
meets the basic criteria for cleanrooms for which these panels
have been specially designed and verified in practical operation.
The product has been certified in EU countries.

facilities with maximum possible safety, sterility, hygiene,

It is used for facing of existing walls of a building. Its
advantage is the simplicity,
quick installation and dismantling, price and small
thickness.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE BOTH GLAZING TYPES

Glass may not be cleaned by acids, thinners, and by other chemical agents that
may affect the protection silicon layer between a glass plate and a glazing molding.

Upon a larger-scale integrity damage of the protection silicon layer it is necessary

to consult the defect removal with the manufacturer.
Upon a glass crack, glass is exchanged exclusively by a company authorised by
the manufacturer.

The door wing coat consists of a formed panel

the
method.

The door wing is either full or glazed by the PHARMA

The
fire-resistant
metal
turning door is, together

with the metal doorframe,
for the building of cleanrooms and facilities with
required increased limitation of fire spread, upon
maintained maximum sterility, hygiene and simple
maintenance.
The single-wing door is
provided with a fire-resistant lock and fire-resistant
handle. For double-wing
door, the fixed wing is provided with a top and bottom
door-latch.
A door wing may be full or glazed, using the PHARMA system,

which is a both-sided glazing, where the outer glass panel
is flushed with the door wing surface; the intermediate space
is fitted with safety fire-resistant glass.

the metal X-rays door is one of
the basic elements for the building of cleanrooms and workplaces with protection against
X-rays radiation.
The door is sandwich type. The

SERVICE PANEL
The GLAZED PANEL facilitates the room lighting by daylight or by a light fitting placed above the soffit. It
consists of a snap-type panel with an opening and of a bottom panel with prismatic glass, type BARLO SAN.
Above the panel a light fitting may be used with the min. shielding IP20 and max. dimensions 600x600mm.
Apart from screws, the bottom panel is secured by two springs against fall-out. Standard dimensions
of the glazed panel are 625x625mm.

The
filtration
outlet
serves for establishing

of a uniform air stream, of a defined cleanliness class, in the operation sector of septic, aseptic, and superaseptic surgeries.
The
implementation
of the filtration outlet

prevents the operation
sector from the contamination by bacteria,
viruses, and dust particles.
The highest hygienic
and technical requirements for the air filtration are hereby met.
The
filtration
outlet
is
connected
to
HVAC
ducts
supplying pre-filtered air (at least F7 class in compliance with Czech standard norm EN 779) of a prescribed
temperature and relative humidity.
In the filtration outlet air is treated to reach the required cleanliness (H13 H14 HEPA filters).

Maximum length of a conversation in the On mode is 20 minutes. Then

the conversation is stopped and the set changes to the Off mode (the conversation
length may be pre-set by the manufacturer, as demanded by a customer).

The change to the programming mode is made, having applied the programming
module on the front panel, which is common to all programmable data. Then
the telephone set may be freely programmed. Having removed the module, the telephone set is automatically changed to the programmed mode. The programming
module is not connected by any connector and needs no power supply.

The On mode means that the phone is switched on, i.e. communication
with the opposite party goes on after the dial of a required party (A-D).
If the opposite party does not answer the phone, the apparatus is switched off by
pressing the On/Off button (telephone hung up).

The Off mode means that the phone is ready for incoming or outgoing calls
