SWIFT issues need to be resolved of Mercantile Bank. Managements
involvement requirement to resolve the issue.

yearly Business Objective.

Decision:
1. Communication Skills training required.
2. Md. Moinul Quadir (Zaman) will send the business of Agent banking to Tariqul Islam.
3. Needed marketing material for CTR, STR. Sayem will ask to Mr. Rabbany for the
material.
4. Business team will send letter to different Bank regarding the promotionalmentioning
the development of CTR and STR module.
We should hire senior resources to gear up the upcoming challenges.
