A MESSAGE FROM OUR GOVERNOR

Dear Brothers and Co-Workers:
I would like to thank everyone for supporting my election to be your Governor. It is an honor and
privilege to serve as your fraternal leader for the members and friends of the Claymont Lodge. The duties
and responsibilities as your Governor are vast. I will be reaching out to the membership circle for support
in many of the committees in achieving our goals.
Betterment is the main focus of these goals. One of the goals is to instill enthusiasm in gaining
membership. In growth, our dedication in caring for our young and our seniors will enhance our
togetherness as members of a great fraternal organization. There are other Betterment Goals, such as
but not limited to, communication improvements, fundraisers, facilities enhancements, and lodge activities.
These objectives can be achieved through the support within the membership circle and with the
Women of the Moose, who generously volunteer their time and efforts.
Again, I would like to thank everyone for their support through my term. Stay tuned!
Fraternally,
Bob Cannon

A MESSAGE FROM OUR SENIOR REGENT

Dear Brothers and Co-Workers:
Spring has sprung and summer is just around the corner. With the new seasons, new officers have
been elected. Thank you for electing me as your Senior Regent. It is an honor to represent the Women
of the Moose and to work with our brothers to make our Lodge one of the best.
Thank you to our past Senior Regent, Lorraine Smith, our Officers, our Committee Chairmen and
Volunteers for all their hard work in making the year a great one. A special thanks to Rita Anderson for
all that you do. Rita, you certainly go beyond the call to duty for our Lodge.
We would like to congratulate Lorraine Smith and Susan Lechette. Lorraine was our Chapters top
sponsor of new members and Susan is the co-worker who attended the most Chapter meetings during
the past Chapter year. They both received awards and gift cards. Way to go, ladies! Congratulations
also to Gloria Tolenti for receiving a year of free dues to the Chapter -- at the end of each Chapter year,
we have a drawing and all those Chapter members who sponsored new members have a chance to win.
It would be wonderful if more of our ladies would attend our meetings. As a reminder, they are held
on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 6:30 P.M. We have many activities planned for the next few
months, but we would like to know what other activities or functions YOU would like to see happen.
Your suggestions and ideas are very important to us, after all, this is your Lodge. We need more
volunteers. Please try to give us your time and talent. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
Once again, thank you. Im looking forward to working with you and our Lodge. Lets have fun
this summer, but remember to stay safe.
In Faith, Hope, and Charity,
Lorraine Cannon
