Providing and applying 10 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on ceiling and soffits of stair for plastering up to

Providing and applying white washing with lime or any color mix on ceiling and wall surface (three coats) to give an
even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign materials
at all floors etc comp.

Providing and applying finishing wall with water proofing cement paint on surface ( three coats ) to give an approved
brand and manufactured of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dust, dirt and
remains of loose powder material etc comp.

Item No. 15
Providing and fixing 35mm thick Indian teak wood shutters for doors, windows, ventilators including Salwood frames
12 cm X 7 cm size including alluminium oxidised fixtures and fastenings including primer coat of approved quality and
two coats of oil paints etc comp for (a) Fully paneled doors
(b) Partly paneled and partly glazed windows
(c) Fully glazed ventilators.

Providing and fixing in position aluminium louvered glass ventilators of adjustable type including with frames having
section 50 mm X 25 Mm (weight 0.50 kg/mtr) glazing cleat section (weight 0.096 kg/mtr) with fixing 4 mm thick bajri/
clear glass making frame and glass water tight, making it good, etc complete at all floor levels.

Providing and applying painting two coats including priming coat on new steel and other metal surface with enamel
paint, brushing interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc.

Item No. 18
Providing and laying chequered precast concrete tiles 22mm thick with aggregate of sizes up to 6mm in floors treads of
steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of C.M. 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) or L.M. 1 : 1.5 (1 Lime putty : 1.5 sand) jointed
with neat cement slurry with pigments to match the shade of the tiles.

Providing and laying precast tarrazo tiles (Super / Vyara make) 20 mm thick with white black or white and black or of
the colour specification of tender item marblechips of sizes up to 6mm laid in floors treads of steps and landing on a bed
of 25 mm thick of Lime mortar 1: 1.5 (1 Lime putty : 1.5 sand) or of C.M. 1:6 joined with neat cement slurry mixed
with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete with precast tiles of dark shade using
ordinary cement.

Providing and laying polished kota stone salb flooring over 20m thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse
sand) and joined with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing etc comp. (a) 22 mm thick.

Providing and laying polished kota stone of machine cut edge, slab 25 mm thick in riser of steps or tread, dedo, and
pillars, one piece not less than 1.2 meter laid on 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) joined and
polished etc comp.

Item No. 22
Providing and laying white glazed tiles 6mm thick of Kajaria, Somani, orient, Nitco, Jhonson make at all floor levels, in
flooring, treads of steps and landings laid on a bed of 12mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse
sand ) finished with flush pointing in white cement etc complete.

Providing and laying white glazed tiles 6mm thick of Kajaria, Somani, Orient, Nitco,Jhonson make all floor levels, in
skirting risers of steps and dedo on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including necessary
cement paste for fixing and joined with white cement slurry etc complete.
