Xeroxs large enterprise operations and at Axway. In addition, I have over two and half decades of
leadership experience within large technology printing & research organizations where I executed winning
strategies for marketing & communications, printing and managed print, research, services, alliance
partnerships and innovative business approaches for cloud and on-premise technology solutions. At Xerox
I was responsible for the overall business management of a $3.4 billion manage services business
worldwide and helped to grow revenue and profit while maintaining planned cost levels.

Reporting to the President of the Large Enterprise Operations, I had global responsibility of all WW
marketing functions for the Large Enterprise business; including software and services marketing,
product and content marketing, analyst relations, customer marketing, advisory councils and overall
responsibility for all PR and internal/ external and executive communications (over 65 individuals). In
1H15, I Implemented in-depth and better quality thought leadership with higher mix of in-bound and
social marketing programs targeting the ideal personas in our demand gen campaigns. This
dramatically increased our open and click-through rates and have led to higher win rates (over 50%)
and renewal rates (90%)
