Taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary and intermediate elementary-age pupils;
Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning
environment.
Planning, preparing and presenting lessons in a very relevant manner for the needs of the whole ability range
of the pupils
Motivating pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation while maintaining classroom management
and discipline.
Preparing and marking work to facilitate positive pupil development (attendance sheets, daily journal, filling

delivery of this specialist area;
Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum;
Organizing and taking part in school events, educational trips and in-school/outside school activities;
Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly in the elementary department;
Working with parents/guardians, school administrators and stakeholders to maximize their involvement in the
school and the development of resources for the school;
Attending educational and administrative seminars and training workshop with the school administrators and
fellow teachers
Undertakes secretarial tasks with orders from the administrators (School Directress/Assistant School
Directress/OIC); preparing minutes of the meeting and distributing agendas to fellow teachers and schools
teaching and non-teaching personnel

Handling telephone calls or texts, arranging call-backs to protect bosss time; routing calls as needed
Undertakes secretarial tasks; preparing minutes of meeting and distributing agendas
Responsible in daily schedule management with interaction to clients via phone calls, emails and texts;
coordinating a variety of complex executive meetings
Arranging travel schedules and reservations for the boss as needed
Assisting the Principal Architect or the manager during field work
REASONS FOR LEAVING: To pursue a full-time teaching career in an educational institution that provides
training and more engaging roles as an educator
