Objectives
I am in search of a challenging job position inside academic arena where I can
implement my experiences and aptitude for creative teaching and learning
(research).

Work Experience
1. Habib Bank Limited, Corporate office.
Position: Assistant Risk Analyst, March 2015 to Present at International Risk
Management Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing Risk Management Paper in line with Central Bank guidelines.


Preparing ICAAP report by complying with Supervisory Review Process

(SRP) guidelines under BASEL accord.


Assessing additional capital requirement under Pillar-2 of BASEL-III and

informing BASEL committee about any adverse capital position.


Preparing Stress Testing Report and conducting duration gap analysis as

per Central Bank guidelines.


Assisting Risk Manager for updating policies relevant to Risk Management
Department.

To prepare all the statements /reports of Risk Management Department for

internal/external submissions.
Performing Risk Management

Management guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and internal policies.


To ensure analyzing and reviewing complex data (primary/secondary) from

multiple sources to make reliable information for senior Management.


To ensure researching on
Bangladesh Bank guidelines and

activities

complying

with

the

Risk

accommodating those in internal Risk Management policies for developing

and improving processes and systems.


To ensure Banks Risk Appetite Statement are in place as per internal and
regulatory guidelines and monitoring compliance there against and

exceptions are reported in monthly Risk Management Paper.


To monitor implementation status of RMC decisions with the respective

Departments.
Treasury Mid Office (TMO) reporting in absence of designated personnel.
Any other job as and when assigned by the Risk Manager/higher authority.

2. Habib Bank Limited, Corporate office.


Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO), September 2014 to February
2015.

Key Responsibilities:

Rotation with several departments including branch banking, Risk


Management Department, Credit Department, Treasury Mid office, Trade
department and a special assignment related to tax and vat with Financial
Control Department.

3. e.Gen Consultants Limited.


Position: Research Assistant, September 2013 to August 2014 at Project
Development Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing project proposal and preparing research mapping.


Preparing questionnaire.
Co-coordinating among the team of the project.
