Admission Policy
We ask that you arrive at the test centre 15 minutes before your scheduled
appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary

sign-in procedures. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment,
you may be refused admission and exam fees may be forfeited.
Please be prepared to show one (1) valid form of personal ID.
ID must:
(a) contain your photograph
(b) contain your name in Arabic or English
(c) be valid (ie not expired)
Acceptable IDs include:
- Passport
- Government-issued photocard driving license
- Government-issued national ID card (only accepted if the card is issued in the
country where you are testing)
The name on your ID must exactly match the name with which you registered for
your exam. If you are unsure whether your ID is acceptable, please contact
Pearson VUE Customer Services before the day of your exam.
No personal items may be taken into the testing room. This includes all bags,
books, notes, phones, pagers, money, tissues, pens, watches and wallets.
Reschedule Policy
If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 48
hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling less than 48 hours
prior to your appointment may result in forfeiting your exam fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 48
hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancelling an exam less than 48
hours prior to your appointment or missing your appointment may result in
forfeiting your exam fees.

Pearson VUE will not be held responsible for expenses incurred beyond the cost
of the exam, including but not limited to travel expense and lost wages on the
day of the exam.

Directions to Test Center
Pearson Professional Centers-Manila, Philippines - Manila
Examinees coming from the Buendia LRT Station, take a Guadalupe-bound
jeepney. Trident Tower is located along the Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. (Buendia)
between the RCBC Plaza and Planters Bank Building. Examinees coming from
EDSA (Buendia MRT station) should take an LRT-Taft bound jeepney and alight
in front of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR-BUENDIA) office which is in front
of the Trident Tower. Dress Code: As per the Guidelines by Building
Management, slippers and shorts are not allowed in the building.
