PROGRAM A ( MONTLY SERVICE)
1.General Inspection.
Belt tension.
Pulley Alignment at fan wheel.
Check refgrigeration pressure.
Check starter board / thermostat in plant room.
Motor ampere and voltage.
Clean filter, drain pan and flush drain pipe.
Clean cooling coil with water.
Check condenser water in and out
PROGRAM B ( HALF YEARLY)
Relubricate bearing motor and blower.
Check locking collar and allen key.
Temperature on coil off coil.
Check intergrity of cable.
Service starter panel.
Check corrosion.

Clean condenser strainer. ( if applicable)
Chemical cleaning, condenser, cooling coil if needed.

The following tasks are performed once year during a shutdown period in order to evaluate your
Equipment status and prepare your unit for the next year :
Meging and recording motor winding resistance.
Change oil, clean oil sump, oil strainer and conducting an oil analysis.
Changing the filter drier
Checking the crankcase heater for proper operation
Tightening the power wiring on contactors in the motor terminal box.

PROGRAM D ( YEARLY SHUTDOWN SERVICE) continued

Cleaning all contactor and recommended replacement if required
Checking oil relay, operating control and safeties
Checking and calibrating all control, safeties
Checking for general condition and operation
Logging operating conditions and indentifying inconsistences
Adjusting operating control if required
Checking for proper oil level and refrigerant charge
Checking the oil temperature and crankcase heater
Inspecting starter, relay and controls
Inspecting the air-cooled condenser fan, and motor operation
Removing debris from inside and around the air-cooled condenser if applicable.
Reviewing operating procedures and the owners log the operator.
