Abstract: This paper summarizes the major factors of BOT project financing -the project sponsor, direct investor
and operator of the project and the investment bank by analyzing BOT financing structure and scheme of the northsouth highway project of Malaysia. Meanwhile, it analyzes the key points of successful BOT project financing. These
jobs have a certain significance for the stakeholders to have a better understanding of BOT project financing and
related practice.
