Call it a marriage of convenience or a great partnership, but New Zealands leading wine
brand Matua is already making heads turn at Denaraus hottest Sunday beach party themed
lunch.
The partnership with Matua gives us the opportunity to showcase a dynamic wine brand
which, in association with our bespoke venue, generates a fresh and modern approach to beach
parties, says Josquin Crepelliere, Director of Food and Beverage at Sheraton Fiji Resort.
The dynamic branding is helping us to activate the venue, through our most important asset:
our people, Crepelliere adds.
For those who may not be aware, the Sunday Chill at Flying Fish Fiji is a four-hour happy
hour with live-DJ, next to the water. It is a great and funky beach party, for all ages, which drives
awareness from social media.
It offers the opportunity to the local community, but also our resident guests, to gather at
Sheraton Fiji resort and have a whole lot of fun. We offer a great selection of drinks with cocktail at F$15++, Beer from F$6++, and of course Matua wines from F$19 per glass, Crepelliere
informed.
This event was created primarily to be attractive to the local community. It offers a place to
relax, enjoy industryleading hospitality, while not paying premium for it.
We are excited that Matua is supporting us again in July with our wine of the month promotion.
This limited promotion is running through all our venues at Sheraton Fiji Resort and Sheraton Denarau Villas; inclusive of our Friday Bollywood night, Saturday Seafood night, and Sunday Roast night.

She says the traditional oriental patterns and floral prints are
reinterpreted in fresh new ways
and fan-inspired details celebrate
the ancient art of origami.
Crimson red and pink tones,
illuminated with glossy enamel,
glittering stones and sleek sterling

sea is beautifully referenced, Ms
Singh adds.
