Instructions
Use these bullet points as examples of possible performance evaluation comments as a way to jump start
the evaluation. You should attempt to add your own style and input to each one that you choose to use
to make the evaluation more personal.
To use this program just click (or CTRL + right click) on the category below that you want and it will

Many comments can become a negative comment by adding, "fails to" at the beginning.

(For business purposes I believe using no name or pronoun seems most professional but it is up to you
