If you are a Theist then you should read this topic and answer the questions asked (within your heart) &
examine what category of person you are A Theist , or an Atheist or a Psuedo-Theist.

Below mentioned are some Questions to each one of us to be answered with Honesty & Sincerity in your own
heart .
Have you ever prayed to God or sought His help when you or your dear ones are in difficulty ?
Do you bow your Head when you see a Temple or Some Picture/Idol of God ?
Have you thanked God when you are saved from some difficulty or Achieved something ?
Do you Celebrate the Festivals of God ?
Have you ever faced some miracles happened in your life or somebodys life you witnessed and you thought
because of God this miracle has happened ?
If your answer is Yes to above questions than You might think you are a God Believer & Theist.
Now think about some facts of God
Who is God ? It is a general Question & any theist of any religion Can answer this Question .
God is the Supreme Father of all of us . God is the person who has Created this Universe & each one of us
including every living being .
How do you communicate with GOD or the Supreme father ?
Through Prayers/Rituals offered on His various forms like in the form of Gods & Goddesses in Hinduism , to
Mohammed in Islam , To Jesus in Christianity , to Guru Nank in Sikhism & so on .
Every faithful person in every religions experiences or feels that Their Prayers are accepted by God and
answered sooner or later. Thus such experiences Strengthens the Belief in God in the minds of the person about
the God or Form of God he believes in .
Now again think about your self .
You have several names ( Nick Name, Official name, Childhood name etc. ) & relations ( brother, Sister, Father ,
mother etc) . Thus you may have a different name or Relation to different persons. But ultimately You are one
Person only even though different persons see you in different perspectives.
In similar way , the Ultimate truth is God is One & He is the Supreme Father of all of Us . But we pray Him
through different Forms or Names based on our Religion or personal Belief . And He definitely answers our
prayers sooner or later . Thus we love or respect our Form of God in which we believe .
Now Answer few questions about yourself .
If somebody disregards your Photo graph /image or puts your photo below his foot or spits on your
Photograph in front or back of you ( which you might know later) then how will you feel ? What will be your
next action or thought ?
If somebody makes a funny & insulting song/movie about you & your name , then how do you feel ?
If somebody puts your photographs on inner wear clothes, or prints on papers & then throws it to dust bins &
scrap yard . When you see these how do you Feel ? What will be your next action or thought ?
If somebody disregards your name by writing it on places where people Spit or at unhygienic places( ex.
toilets) , or write your name on floor & walk above it , How will you feel ?
By committing all or some of above acts knowingly or unknowingly a person comes to you and flatters you
with your Glories , offers you Gifts & then asks for your blessings . You came to know about the persons acts &
also his Prayers to you . Then how do you feel ? What will you think & do ? Will you bless the person ?

Similarly if somebody disregards the photographs or images of your Parents in similar manner as explained
above . How will you feel ? What will be your next thought or action ?
If you are a sane person then definitely you will want to Punish the person who has disrespected your or your
Parents Name or Image even though later that person praises you or Offers you gifts.
Now think about the below mentioned topic
Below Mentioned are the Pictures of Shoes with Signs of OM (a divine symbol in Hinduism) being sold in
Pakistan by some person made by some Pakistani Footwear Company .

When a Sane Hindu sees this Picture , his/her Blood boils in anger & he/she would want to punish this
company/person in severe terms.
But if you look from that persons point of view , it does not matter to him , because he does not believe in
this Symbol But He believes in his Form of God based on his religion. If somebody disrespects to the Divine
symbol of His religion then not only he but the entire community across the world will come up with arms to
fight against the agency /person who has disrespected their religions divine name or symbol.
In Islam they consider Name , Act , Rules , laws anything related to God VERY PURE such that It should not be
written on any place , No movie or Film or Picture can be made about their God. Any body seen doing such
things even with Good Intentions are served with Severe Punishments in Arab Countries.
In some ways they are right . Even though they may not believe in other religions but most of them ( Leaving
the Jihadists/extremists) are truly Theist & God believer and faithful to their religion & their form of God .
If we have deep respect & faith to our God then we must give respect to his Names , Images .

So Far Are you still considering yourself a True Theist ?

that You are a God Believer and You want to punish the Person who has disrespected your or your parents
Photograph /Name and you also want to punish the person who has disrespected divine names/symbols of

This is not the act of persons of any other Religions but the act of persons who belong to the same religion &
who disrespect the Names/Images of God they belief , pray & preach.
No body can say No to above questions . Because everybody is doing this even though Unknowingly .
Now Correlate all your answers to all the questions so far & Answer the final questions below
If you cant tolerate anybody disrespecting your or your Parents Names or Images or your religions divine
symbols & pictures , Then how do you expect God to Bless you , Listen to your Prayers & help you in
Difficulty when you Disrespect His Name & Images by throwing Papers/Wrappers with His Name & Image
to dust bin, walking on papers with his Name/Image , Wearing clothes with His Name/Images & so on ?
The answer to above question is that : Many a times we feel that our prayers are not answered by God, but
sometimes they are answered due to our deep faith , prayer & hard work. This is easy to understand , if you
have a child who disrespects you , but you still love him. You may not assist him in everything but you do help
him when he is in real difficulty & seeks your help even though he disrespects you.
We are all children of God , but we disrespect him in every possible way , we dont believe in God , we dont
have faith in God , but we want favors from God because we prayed to Him & offered Gifts .

You might say God does not exist in Pictures or Names mentioned in papers/wrappers/clothes & there is
nothing wrong in such acts , then do God exist in the Temples or Your house where you put Idols or Images of
Gods which you pray with highest regard & respect. You might again think Rationally & say God dont exist
in Idols or images but He is every where & resides in our mind & Heart. Then why do you go to temple ? Why
do you offer Prayers ? Why do you remember God when you are in difficulty or you need something big in
your life ? Why do you pray to God about the well being of your dear ones?
Now comes the real questions with which the Article Started . Are you an Atheist , Psuedo-Theist or Theist ?
An Atheist is a person who does not believe in the existence of God , Never go to any Temple, Never respects
any form of God, thus have no problem in disrespecting God or His Name/Images/forms.
A pseudo Theist is a person who does everything externally to show to the world that he/she believes in
God & He/She has deep respect & devotion towards God , But internally he/she never believe in God &
never cares for God, his Names, Images & Forms . But he/she will want all favors from God in return of
Prayers & Offerings.
A true Theist is a person who not only believes in God but also gives Highest Regard to God by respecting
every Name/Image/ & Form of God in every form not only of his religion but of every religion in the World.
Now think deeply in which category you belong to . Are you a Theist , a Psuedo-Theist or an Atheist
It is possible that you are a Theist & truly believe in God and always respected God & every religion . You have
loved God & always prayed to Him for your & your Famillies well being and success. But some how you were
unaware of such things where by unknowingly you are Disrespecting God whom you love so much & seek His
blessings always.
A thought also can come to your mind that what you can do alone , you cant change the world, because
everybody is doing the same thing . Even the Preachers , Religious Authoritys who are preaching about God
are doing the same act of Disrespecting God By selling Products with Gods images/Names & also wearing
clothes with Gods Images & Names. Lot of products are being sold , Invitation cards are printed, News
papers/Magazines are filled with Gods Images/Names. What you alone can do ?
But after reading above content & understanding deeply that how you are unknowingly disrespecting God
whom you remember & pray every day , you will not want to carry out such acts any more . But what can you
do alone ?
YES you can do alone not for the world but only for yourself . How ?, by bringing small changes in your
routine habits . Some of the suggestions are mentioned below .

Avoid Buying Products with Any type of Gods Images or Names . There are many other varieties &
better products available in Market .
Avoid Wearing clothes with Gods Name or Images printed on it.
Avoid throwing the wrappers, Invitation cards with Gods images/Names to dust bin or scrap yards .
Collect such papers & put it in such a place where no person will walk or spit . You can put these into
any Rivers if flowing around your area. You can put those near the roots of some large Banyan or
Pippal trees. If Garden is available in your home , then you can dig a hole on soil where nobody goes &
put all such images there .
Prefer reading Newspapers & Magzines in Soft copy . If you happen to buy news papers/Magazines
then collect those and hand over to Agencies which Recycle papers but never throw them to dust bins
/scraps. In Recycling paper mills handling of Papers is done through Automatic machines where no
human intervention happens

Avoid watching/listening to Movies/Songs/Jokes which make fun of Gods.

Increase your awareness about how unknowingly we disrespect our Religion & God by Reading a

If you are making or selling such products with Gods name or Images , then take some risk & change
the design.
If you have influence & guts then you can ask the persons who are selling or making products with
Gods name & Images , to change such practices.
Ask simple questions to the Preachers or Religious authorities why they are disrespecting the God
whom they are preaching for by selling Products with Gods Name/Images & wearing clothes with
Gods name & Images.
Ask questions to sellers/producers of such products why they are using Gods Name /Images for their
business. It will be very surprising that these are the kind of peoples who on the one hand do
maximum religious charity or Religious functions , and on the other hand use Gods Name /Images to
make maximum business by playing with emotions & feelings of Simple hearted Common Man.
