The documentation for checking of the structural documentation shall as a
minimum comprise:

A plan for checking

Description of checking types and levels who has carried out the
checking and at which level?

A description of the extent of the checking what has been checked?

The documentation for the checking in question what has been found
and recommended at the checking?

Execution Checking Report

The Execution Checking Report may typically comprise the following:

Description of the extent of the inspection.

Description of the inspection method.

Conditions registered and the time at registration.

Indication of whether conditions registered are in accordance with the

prerequisites or not.
