How to reset/retrieve the Avomaster password?

1. Go to your login page and click the Login button without entering any user name or password.
2. You will be lead to a page. Click on Reset Password.

3. Key in avomaster@yourdomain.com (without the quotes) on the given field Login and click the Request button.

4. A confirmation email will be sent to your predefined alternate email address.

5. Follow the instruction on the email you received (like the sample below) and you will be able to retrieve your lost password.

Note:
If you get Alternate email not available upon password reset request, it means the Avomaster alternate email address is not defined on
your VO. Please contact support@afteroffice.com [mailto:support@afteroffice.com] for the matter.

How to change my password?

Login to your VO account, go to Profile Password.
Re-enter your current password in Current Password field and enter the new password in the required column and
click Update. Your password will be updated immediately.
Log out and login again with the new password.
If you are using mail clients such as MS Outlook and would also like to change the password of your account in your
mail client, please refer here.

How do I create a new user account?

You can either create new user account via AVOMASTER or you can do so if you are a VOADMIN user.
Create New User with Avomaster
1. Login to VO as AVOMASTER. Click on the Create New User link.

3. You may select to create another new user or proceed to edit the current new user's account settings.
4. By selecting Edit Profile, you can configure the user settings (e.g. display name, email space, user group etc).
Click Update once the settings is done.
